ACTG announced they entered into a settlement & license
agreement with Autodesk Inc.
BCYP announced their CFO retired.
CRDS announced StrongBox 2.3.
IDCC announced revenue guidance for Q3 2014.

Trading Commentary:
The sector closed up .59% in conjunction with the broad
markets move higher.
ACTG closed up over 2% today on below average volume.
The company announced a settlement with Autodesk in
the morning.
MARA again traded stronger after yesterday's high volume
day.  Shares closed up 2.5%.
WDDD had a strong day on above average volume. I am
not aware of any news driving the move.  A Markman
hearing is scheduled in their case against Activision on
October 3rd, 2014.
WILN closed up another 2.13% continuing its recent move
higher after very good results.
