News:
ACTG announced a settlement and license agreement with
Kaba Iico Corp under their O.S Security subsidiary.
CLGL announced a name change to MV Portfolios, a ticker
change to CLGLD for 20 days and will transition into MVPI.
A 100 for 1 reverse split was also announced.
ITUS announced they hired Daniel Henry as VP of Business
Development.
