INVT announced a newly issued patent at the US patent
office.
TIVO announced a partnership with HSN
VRNG announced they have filed an En Banc petiton at the
CAFC
An important hearing was held at the Supreme Court today.

Trading Commentary:
The sector traded very well again today closing up 1.15%,
which ignored the broad market selling.
ACTG was strong all day closing up 2% for the day.
BCYP is looking to bounce from recent lows closing up 7.3%.
CRDS saw a nice rally after another insider buy was filed
last night.  The stock closed up 6% for the day.
INVT closed up 3.8% after announcing they were issued
a new patent at the US patent office.
MARA continues to see above average volume with a
committed seller.  Shares closed down 1.3%.
MVPI is still struggling post merger and reverse split,
closing down 50% to $.45.
PRKR rallied 4.4% off of recent lows.
SITO gave up yesterday's gains, closing down 15%.  An article
was published on seekingalpha.com by Markman Advisors,
which I highly recommend reading.
STRP continues to make new 52 week highs closing up
2.98% to $17.30.
VHC was strong all day closing up 4.24%.
VRNG rallied higher up 18% after the company filed their
En Banc petition.
